Brando is the Lead Partner for Infrastructure of Cabrera & Company. He is also a Tax services partner of PwC Philippines.

He has more than 20 years of experience in tax due diligence reviews and structuring in connection with various clients’ mergers and acquisition projects of companies engaged in various industries, including power, oil and gas, mining, energy, telecoms, construction and consumer industrial products and services.

From March 2013 to June 2014, Brando worked with the PPP Center of the Philippines, a government agency assisting other implementing agencies in developing, preparing and implementing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in the Philippines.

He is both a lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant.
