Harold is the General Counsel and M&A partner in Cabrera & Company. He is also a Tax services partner of PwC Philippines.
His legal experience includes advising and securing inbound working visas and work permits of expatriates, contract review, legal consultations, legal due diligence, corporate secretarial work, representations before the Court of Tax Appeals, trial courts, appellate courts and quasi-judicial bodies involving tax, labor, immigration, civil and criminal matters.
Harold is also a Tax Principal of PwC Philippines. He is a lawyer with more than 19 years of extensive experience in corporate incentives, corporate registration and retirement, corporate compliance and reorganization, tax treaties, tax consultancy, administrative tax refunds and tax assessments.
His client base includes major domestic corporations, multinational resident and non-resident foreign corporations as well as joint ventures.
Harold holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the San Beda College of Law and has been a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines since 2000.
